Cannot Save and Publish new content nodes when Tinifier is installed
When Tinifier 2.0.2 is installed I get the following error when Publishing a node. Existing nodes can be save and re-published ok. The error is resolved by removing the Tinifier package.

Since it appears the Tinifier author is no longer responding, I've taken it upon myself to fork the project and release a new Nuget until the original author does come back and accepts the Pull Request.
