    Was able to publish content from review step of translation job with user that doesn't have permissions to publish

    Umbraco 8

    Umbraco Version: 8.2.2

    Translation Manager Version: 8.2.0

    I was doing some testing of the translation manager workflows and I noticed that I was able to save and publish reviewed content without having publish permissions. The user group had full permissions for the translation section and only the ability to browse and update in the content section. When I checked the node's publish history, the translator user's name showed and the page showed as published, so it's not a case of translation manager publishing with another user's permissions.

    This is a minor issue for me, but just reporting it so it can be fixed at some point.

    that's not something we had considered - but we should be able to add the checks in quite easily.
