Does Translation Manager work on Umbraco Cloud? If I install it locally and then push the changes to the Dev environment? And then later deploy from Dev to Live environment?
Yes, Translation Manager does work with Cloud - we know of a few people successfully using it.
In terms of install, I am not 100% sure but that should work. as long as the local install pushes the dlls and app_plugins folders that are added by the package to dev environment everything should be fine.
All we would say is Translations should be started and completed on one environment so, for example, translate all the content on the live site.
(We don't support moving the active translations between environments (so starting a translation on dev - finishing it on live.)
Uninstall should 'just' work the same way as removing any other package - all the files are contained in the package. - uninstall won't remove the 'translate_' tables from SQL but these are independent of Umbraco and should have no effect if left should you re-install.

Hi,

What about uninstalling?
Thanks :-) -Tor Langlo

Thanks Kevin, that's great news. We'll be looking into Translation Manager over the next days.
