Tree Multi Picker 0.7 released: fixes a couple of bugs

I just released version 0.7 of the Tree Multi Picker Datatype, which solves an issue with packages that extend the standard tree (i.e. Protected Media) and enables a Tree Multi Picker instance to be marked as 'Mandatory'.
This is still for version 4.0.x, an update for version 4.5 is under evaluation/planning, but is not going to be easy, so don't hold your breath :)
