Hope I am not missing something simple but I ran into an issue with the Rich Text Editor (RTE). If you have multi data grids on a document with RTE's in each of them only the RTE for the first displayed data grid will display when the Open Editor button is clicked. I looked at the source and the issue seems to be that that all the RTE modal's all have the same element ID #rteditorModal. Multiple RTE's seem to work fine if there are multiple RTE's in the first data grid but not when there are multiple data grids because the second data grid trys to open the firsts data grids editor modal.
Am I missing something simple or is this a bigger issue? Thank for any help in advance.
Hello Jason. You're right, there is some problems with multi data grids ( not only the rte ). I hope to get it later today. I'll update the packge files and let you know when it will be fix.
It is not working even thou I updated to 1.1.1 version.
It works only with the first data grid with multiple instances. In the second data grid, it works for the first instance and mot for further instances (it opens editor with out text area).
We are using U7DTG v1.1.1 with Umbraco v7.1.3/v7.1.4, and it works fine (with one instance of U7DTG and two instances of U7DTG, ...), in Chrome, Firefox 29 and IE11. Could you give more details about your document type (properties and datatypes settings). Have you tried if having each U7DTG on a diferent tab solve the issue?

Sorry to jump on your discussion, But I found this issue in firefox, but it also some strange beheviour.
I have implement this plug in 2 side, one running fine no issue, but other side got this issue of opening editor.
