Cannot Add External Link Via RTE

    Hello,

For some reason the link picker in the RTE disables the ability to add an external link.

All the fields exept the content picker are un editable?

Does anyone else have this problem?

A fix/hint on how to get round this is much appreciated.

    Scott

    Hello,

What browser are you using? The fields should be editable. Did you try Chrome?

It does not work in Chrome (Version 40.0.2214.111 m), I should mention this is Umbraco 7.2.1

It does however work in IE (version 11). In IE however we need to delete the Placeholder text first :(

Hmm that is really strange. Did you upgrade from an older version? Basic things like this should just work.

If it's a bug you can report it here: http://issues.umbraco.org/dashboard#newissue=yes

Just to add a little more detail:

In Chrome, you cannot click on any of the fields.

However when you close the window by pressing 'Select' and then re-open it, it functions normally

Problem is the same in IE, except you can click the fields initially, but you can only edit the placeholder.

    Thanks
