When in side by side editing, it only folds and unfolds from the primary language (left side) and it doesn't work on the secondary language (right side).
I'm also having the same issue, I'm in side by side editing mode, and after updating both language, I click on "Save and Publish..."
But only 1 language is getting saved
The image below is what I get, When I click on Save and Publish, only Korean gets updated.

Umbraco version: 8.5.5
I tried upgrading to Umbraco 8.8 and it's working now.
I couldn't find any change log in the Umbraco 8.5.5 to 8.8 release note, in regards to this.
