If I have boh Back Office Notes (http://our.umbraco.org/projects/collaboration/back-office-notes) and uBackChatter installed, Back Office Notes doesn't work (entry in context-menu disappears).
I haven't used BackOffice Notes with uBackChat myself. (Keep in mind that uBackChat was developed for a package competition at CodeGarden 11 - I haven't touched the source-code since then.)
There'll most likely be some JavaScript error which can pinpoint the issue. Do you get any error in your web-browser?
