Hello, I look to documentation to upcoming uComponents Grid datatype, and it can be very usefull for my upcoming project. Is there any planed release date, or can I try betaversion of it?
DataType Grid is currently feature-complete (for v2.1), but still needs some testing - so if you do try it out, please do let us know about any bugs/issues.
I just tried the new beta uComponents 2.2 because I desperately need to use this Data Type Grid amazing thing but I got a problem. The DataType Grid does not appear in the render control drop down when creating a new data type. Any ideas how to make it real?
The DataType Grid is much more stable now. We are pretty much ready for a full stable release of v2.2, but there are some small bugs that we want to clear up for doing that.
So this Beta 3 release is pretty darn stable ... but if you do find any bugs, let us know!

We're aiming for DataType Grid to be released in uComponents v2.1 - a beta is due by the end of January, with a stable release early February.
If you want to try it out sooner - not sure how comfortable you are with Visual Studio, but can grab the latest source-code and compile it?

I'm familiar with Visual Studio, but not too much with codeplex, so I can't find branch 2.1.
Should I use solution from v2.0 or v3.0 branch?

Hi Petr,
Currently, the latest (bleeding-edge) development is in the v2.0 branch.
It should have been branched off to a v2.1 tree - but didn't... and the v3.0 branch was a bit premature too - all my fault! ;-)

There have been quite a few bug fixes since the v2.2 Beta 1 release ... so just for you, today I've released v2.2 Beta 3!
