    DataTypeGrid on Member buggy (v3.1.0)

    I've just create a DateTypeGrid and assigned it as a property on a Member Type.   When you view a member, the grid is missing some styles and also the "edit" and "delete" buttons.

    Note that you can successfully add a record...you just can't do much with it once you have.

    I've also added the same DataTypeGrid to a document type and when view a content node, the grid appears and performs as expected.
