I have 2 identical Umbraco installations running 4.7.1.1 (a demo and production version of a customer's website). Both have uComponents installed, the only difference being that one is version 3.0.3, and the other is 3.1.0.
Any data types I create from Data Type Grid on the 3.0.3 version have the four usual buttons, delete, edit, move up & move down. But the 3.1.0 version is missing the move up and move down buttons.
Is this a bug or were they removed for some reason?
Unfortunately my customer has noticed this and is asking for the buttons to be added to the production site. I don't want to remove the uComponents package and re-install for fear of losing the data on the production site (this data type is used extensively all over the site), and I don't know if simply copying the old version DLL over the new one will (a) fix the issue and (b) stop any other issues from occurring.
