    uComponent Installation ..

    Hi,

        I have the latest version of uComponents and I want to install it on my current umbraco. What is the first step for it? like what do I do with this bunch of dlls, .ascx and package files.

    Hi Sundip,

    To install the uComponents package, log-in to your Umbraco back-office, go to the Developer section. Expand the Packages tree node and click on the Install Local Package item.  Following the on-screen instructions, you will select/upload the package ZIP file and press the Install Package button.

    Once uComponents is installed you can make use of any of the data-types, XSLT extensions or other available components.
