Suggestion: Create new node in Multiple node picker
Hello,
Not sure if this has been suggested before but it just occured to me. It would be really neat if users were able to create a new content node within tree picker interface.
For the most part I use the Multiple node picker to allow users to add content to a page from a folder of prededfined content. This means that if a user is populating a new page and they get to the section where they have to add in the nodes (for feature links say) and they find that they dont have the feature link they require they have to save and then go to the folder where all the feature links are defined and then create a new one and then go back to the new page and add in the feature link.
It might be usefull if they were able to create the new node by clicking a 'create' button on the mutliple node picker control which could then spawn a series of modal overlays that allow the user to pick the node type then define and publish the content.
Having described it I am now not even sure how this could work in practice but I thoguht I would put it out there as an idea.
