    Feature Request: hide only to specific users / user types

    Hi, I really like your package and was wondering if you could add the feature to hide a property not only to "non admins" (or to "admins" too) but to specify e.g. a comma separated list of users or user types and the property would be hidden only for them.

    That would be awesome.

    Thanks for considering this, if possible.

    I actually started doing this last week.

    Do you mean a single set of hidden tabs/properties, but being able to specify that single set for a user or a role?

    Thats an easy extension.

    If you mean a different set of hidden ones per user and per role, then that's a lot of extra work.

    If I were you I would implement the easiest solution... then the users have to adapt ;)

    So for example if you say "yes it's possible but you have to put all the properties inside a tab" then I'd put them inside a tab and specify the roles/users and voila ;)

    Hey Anthony,

    Did you code this extension?  I also have a need for this, would be great to have a textbox or picker where I could apply the hidden selection to a user or role.

    The Tab Hider package support users, but you can only hide tabs. Not properties.
