    Data accuracy

Is the data 100% accurate, for example there is always slight discrepancies in GA data when it comes to goals but with uMarketing suite being built into the site is this prevented?

    Hi Justine,

100% is of course a whole lot, but it’s for sure more complete than Google Analytics. The reason why it’s more complete is that we track all requests on the server. Also it’s using only first-party cookies and only calls to your own website. This makes it impossible for Adblockers / Cookieblockers to prevent the call from being made or the cookie to be stored.

We really believe that will be almost 100% accurate because we cannot come up with any use case where this wouldn’t work. Also here we’re analyzing the results in the next few weeks and hopefully come up with some case study.

What we see at this moment that is absolutely clear that the uMarketingSuite is tracking far more Firefox and Microsoft Edge-sessions that Google Analytics does. The reason for that is that if you nowadays install one of the browsers the settings are more secure and calls to www.google-analytics.com will be blocked by default. Also we see that the number of returning visitors with Safari browsers (iPhones, etcetera) are higher, because Apples Intelligent Tracking Prevention does not apply to our uMarketingSuite.

    Kindest regards,

    Jeffrey Schoemaker
