Enabling personalisation on a doc type with only inherited compositions

I m currently investigating uMarketingSuite as an option to roll out to one of our larger clients, its looking really great but i noticed a small bug (i think).
When trying to enable a personalisation variant on a page which has no native properties only inherited compositions; the UI tells me that I must enabled segmentation. Only after I added 1 custom property on the doc type and enabled vary by segment would it allow me through this step.
Hope this is a useful bug report, happy to report it somewhere else if that is useful.
I'm happy to report that the bug has been fixed. The uMarketingSuite will no longer require the doc type to have properties of it's own, as long as the doctype itself has "Vary by Segment" enabled and inherits at least one (composed) property that also has the "Vary by Segment" set to true.
The fix will be included in the next minor release of uMarketingSuite.

thanks for your feedback and that is indeed not working correctly at this moment. We will fix this in the next sprint! Thanks for reporting it.
