    Question about upcoming features

    Hi,

    I've been testing out uMarketingSuite and it looks great!

    I have a some questions about features that would be really important to us moving forward.

    1. Do you have the ability to link customer analytics to a logged in customer so their journey is followed even if they switch devices e.g. from a mobile to desktop?

    2. Do you have the capability to personalise emails that we send to customers?

    Are these on your roadmap and when are they scheduled to be launched?

    Hi Maff,

    thanks for your questions.

    1. Yes. In uMarketingSuite 1.7 we will store the logged in member on the page request. This will make it possible to later relate different sessions / uMarketingSuite-cookies to one visitor. We’re also really busy visualizing the Profiles-section in the uMarketingSuite. A first draft of the Profiles-section will be shown in the last newsletter of this year (https://www.umarketingsuite.com/subscribe-to-our-newsletter/) so sign up there and we will keep you posted about the progress. We’re aiming to release the Profiles section in Q1 of 2021.
    2. Yes, we really want to personalize emails, but unfortunately we are not there yet. The logic sequence of functionality is Profiles (Q1 2021), Emails and then finally Marketing Automation. This is on the roadmap, but a bit further along the road.
