I suspect it is too soon to know this for sure until there is more clarity from Umbraco core team around UniCore, but .... have you thought at all about what the transition from U8 to UniCore might look like for UMarketingSuite?
As soon as their is white smoke from Umbraco HQ that package devs can start working on packages for .NET Core we will start the migration process. We also hope that Umbraco HQ can give us some extra guidance on that process.
My expectation is that it will take another 9 months before we will start building on .NET Core.
