I've come across a problem regarding the scoring of my personas and thus the activation of my segments. I've scored some pages to certain personas, yet when I visit these pages, I score no points toward the corresponding persona.
I did notice that my domain is not included in the license. Might this be the cause?

Yes, your domain should be part of the license or various parts of uMarketingSuite will not work. It is probably best to first fix that and see if that resolves the issue.
If you can contact [email protected] with your account details and which domain you want to have added to your license I'm sure my colleagues can help you with that.
Also make sure to update to the latest version if you have not already (1.17.1).
