The SQL install script was not compatible with SQLCE, I fixed it. Try this new build: our.umbraco.org/FileDownload?id=9509
Can you check if there is some big log file in the folder /App_data/Logs, we recently changed some stuff here, it's maybe related with your issue. If you are working in a development environment, try to delete those log files
Can't install umirror 0.9 with last nightly version umbraco 6.2 with sqlce.

I have tested it with Umbraco 6.1.1 and ms sql 2008 r2. the bug is:
It's very very slow when I want to create one item. honestly, I havn't created any one item successfully.
What do you mean with "Item"? Is it a new item in the Umbraco document tree or the uMirror tree? Are you working with a new instance of Umbraco?
Item is a umirror project. right click umirror, then select create to create a new item(project). I'm working with my own site.
