I've added an Azure account to the picker. Using the name of the storage account as Account Name, the right key, no custom cdn domain and cache is set to 10 secounds.
But when i save i get this error:
An error occured creating the media item: The requested URI does not represent any resource on the server.

Okay, doesn't sound good.
The provider probably needs to be updated to a newer SDK - I haven't looked at this provider in a long time, as no one seems to have actively used it.
The code will be pushed to bitbucket along with the S3 provider. I'll post back when its available.
