Usergroup Permissions

Usergroup permissions helps you set node permissions on Usertypes instead of individual users. When you install the package you get an extra option in the context menu of a node to set the user group permissions for that node. There is also an option to set the permissions on all newly created users. When you select this option all userpermissions for the node will be replaced with the selected usergroup permissions

When you create a new user, or change the group of the user it will inherit the node permissions from the usertype.

The Usergroup permissions package sits on top of the Umbraco Permissions functionality, so you can still set permissions on individual users also.
