Not really a bug - context menu text

All installed and working perfectly - this really should be in the core!

However the context menu item is [UsergroupPermissions] - I assume I'm missing something in the en.xml file because my file permissions stopped the package install writing to it - can you tell me where to put it please?

Same here with the text [UsergroupPermissions].

My first install failed (500), but I was able to install it from the web server without any errors. However, the menu item text looks very strange. By the way, I installed it on 6.0.0.
