That's correct! When a client submits a ticket you will receive an email. You will also receive a email if a client comments on the ticket! (And the client will receive one if you decide to comment on a ticket)
When you respond to a ticket you have 2 button to choose between. Just to save the ticket or save and send email!

I was wondering how this would work from the comms perspective. I saw your note about building a hub, but currently;
if a client submits a ticket, what happens? Do I receive an email about the ticket?
Where do I respond to that email, via their site's own backoffice?
