There is an additional non-plugins directory called '54f2809b-0809-78bf-93a2-26d41cbcee61'; is this used? It doesn't look like it is present in the bitbucket repository.
Is it actually part of the package, or did Umbraco create that directory when installing the package?
I ask because I believe Umbraco creates GUID folders when installing packages, regardless of the package. It's supposed to clean them up after it's done installing, but I have seen it fail to do so before.
