V7 Editors Manual - Bookshelf Edition

The markdown was created in and is intended for use with Kevin Giszewski's Bookshelf Package. (https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/bookshelf/)

This is also available to download directly through the Bookshelf Package from github. (https://github.com/okhenry/V7-Editors-Manual/archive/master.zip)

This documentation is current through 7.1 and needs some updating to address new features such as the Grid editor.
