I'm wondering if anyone has tried before or knows of an easy way to embed the video after having pulled back the YouTube propertyvalue via ajax.

What is your scenario? Where do you need to display the video? I assume it's on the frontend in a model box perhaps? Or what is the scenario?
And are you thinking about using the Youtube API?
