The context-menu does not show the option to add a note in my 4.10 install. The only difference I noticed after installing the package is that the Panels (e.g. "Get Started") are now more narrow (to make room for displaying notes?).
Same problems in 4.11.1.
It looks like uBackChat (http://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/ubackchat) breaks BON...
