Is BON still broken for Umbraco?

I have tried installing BON for five times now and nothing seems to work. After I install it, how can I create a note? Has anyone figured this out yet? please share if somone has it working.

What version of Umbraco have you tried installing the package on?

Sorry Jan for not posting enough information.

I'm using Umbraco 4.11.1 on WinHost. I can install the app fine, but not sure how to use it and create notes.
