Is there a list of what the changes are from the previous release(s)? I looked around and didn't see one...

From the package description it mentions this:
Umbraco 7.12.x compatiblity and UI updates and a ton of bug fixes and cache busting.
Merchello is open source so you can also see the release, commit history up on Github: https://github.com/Merchello/Merchello/releases
Other than that, perhaps Lee (who maintains the project) will be able to offer more insight.
Curious, what are your thoughts as far as Umbraco 8 goes... has anyone tried it yet?
