I've been getting 'An Error Occurred During a Cryptographic Operation' sporatically during development and now on a live deployment. It happens when trying to get a customers basket. This is the first time I got it in Chrome, I typically got it when testing on an HTC One / Android 4.4.3 built in browser.
This is the second issue I've found and posted about. I'd like to contribute to the project and perhaps tackle these issues, but could use some guidance getting started. Also, where is the prefered location for reporting issues?

Can you provide more details? Is the error thrown in a controller calling Merchello API? Is there a stack trace?
