I was wondering if anyone could give me some help with some issues I having getting Merchello to work? In all I have got the basket and checkout functionality working but I have run into a few issues which may be down to me missing something...
I am using Merchello with logged in Members which seems to work fine apart from the following:
1. I cannot see a shipping address in the Merchello back-end for an invoice even though it has been set?
2. The shipping address phone number is being lost as I move through checkout but the billing address is ok.
3. Even more concerning for me is that my test product loses it's variants once I complete an order!
I am really liking Merchello and I would appreciate some help with this as I really want to get this working.
1) In the Merchello back-end you can't view the shipping address because is not implemented (some versions ago it was visible but now, an order can have multiple shipping addresses and it should be replicated in merchello back-end).
2)I don't test it
3)I have no problem with variant, can you illustrate more in detail the problem?
I have re-installed Merchello 1.6.1 today to see if this solves any of the problems. I can't see the shipping address in the back end for the order so this means the users will not know where to send the shipment...
I am also having trouble getting shipment quotes een though it works fine for the first product I have setup and the second identical product won't return any shipping quotes, both have exactly he same settings.
