How to work with Merchello - basic guidance is needed

Hi there,

How do I go about working with Merchello? I would like to fully customize it.

Do I need to work on the Bazaar templates or can I just implement my own views and controllers for adding/removing item to basket?

I've tried to follow the api but it seems as if things have changed in ver 1.11.

depends how do you want...Bazaar has a simple cart and workflow.

Thanks for you reply.

Decided to go ahead with the theme option which seems to be just the right one for me.

Do you know what is the best way to implement "Related Product" option? Is there a builtin option or just to use a content option?
