Hi, I'm deciding to use Merchello on Umbraco as an ecommerce system, however I encounter a problem preventing such things from happening.

Merchello installs correctly and all seems well until I go to add a product or use any of the menus within Merchello. I get a

Received an error from the Server
Failed to retrieve data for a nodes menu products
An error has occured 

I have debug turned on and I get this addition information

When I use chrome to further investigate I get a

<hostname>/umbraco/backoffice/Merchello/MerchelloTree/GetMenu?id=products&application=merchello&tree=&isDialog=false 500 (Internal Server Error)

and

<hostname>/umbraco/backoffice/Merchello/MerchelloTree/GetMenu?id=products&application=merchello&tree=&isDialog=false Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

This is running on a live server hosted in an Azure Webapp. I will continue to investigate and see if any plugins are causing the issues but any help on the subject is greatly appreciated.
