I have not heard of anyone creating a Mollie provider as of yet so my guess is it would need to be written.
The documentation is located at http://merchello.readme.io and quite a few example plugins that you can use as a guide. A really basic one is the PurchaseOrder provider (which is basically a cash provider that accepts a number). Also, in the merchello-dev branch of the repository, if you have a look at Merchello.Providers project where I've started including payment providers in the core ... it may help you as well.
To be honest I didn't expect that there was an mollie payment provider yet available but I could try of course ;)
Nevertheless I think you are doing an amazing job! Merchello is growing day by day. Good job man!
I do believe that it is important for an e-commerce solution that it has a wide variety of Payment Providers. So I might dive into merchello and try to build a mollie payment provider.

In my search for an ecommerce solution I did also check on uWebshop and although it is a pretty complete/neat webshop with the mollie payment provider I need, I just have the feeling that it's not much in active development anymore. It was of course closed-source and made opensource a while ago. That's why I prefer merchello over uwebshop. I have more confidence in merchello for the future. Might not be true but that's the feeling I have ;)

Because the priority of other projects, we didn't start developing this payment provider yet.
For sure we will in the future, but when is always the big question. And maybe somebody else will create a mollie provider in the meantime... hint ;-)
