    Braintree Sandbox Testing Error: Could not map all items to virtual content

    For our Umbraco 7.5.6 project running Merchello v2.4.0 with FastTrack as the base, we are trying to implement Braintree as the payment provider. I am currently using the Braintree Sandbox to try to test.

    When I use the "No Credit Card Errors" credit card numbers as provided by Braintree (https://developers.braintreepayments.com/reference/general/testing/dotnet#no-credit-card-errors), the transaction is not completing and is not showing any logged attempts in the Braintree Sandbox account.

    Here is a sample log error for each attempt: 2017-06-26 10:33:19,471 [P23820/D40/T795] WARN Merchello.Web.Caching.VirtualContentCache`2[[Merchello.Web.Models.VirtualContent.IProductContent, Merchello.Web, Version=2.4.6240.24751, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null],[Merchello.Core.Models.IProduct, Merchello.Core, Version=2.4.6240.24748, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null]] - Could not map all items to virtual content

    Does anyone know what this means? I have been stuck on this for quite a while and need to get this payment provider tested and launched. What am I missing?

    NOTE: We are also currently experiencing issues where the invoices processed, using PayPal for payment, are not rendering the invoice details in the Merchello > Sales > Invoice# view in Umbraco Back Office. We are suspecting that there are some permissions issues in play preventing Merchello/Umbraco from managing the indexing of the invoices. Using Examine to re-index is not resolving the issue.
