I've installed Merchello and the FastTrack package, however I'm having an issue getting started.

After adding items to the basket, I want to be able to allow a user to select a date to "Book a Survey". This would then be the end of the first step of the process.

The order would be approved (at a later date) in the Merchello backend, and then the user would get a link where they can continue and pay as normal.

I've having trouble figuring how where to start with this, I've tried overriding some of the FastTrack classes and controllers, however there's so many internal methods that it is impossible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
