    FastTrack - "Create customer" not being created

    Problem:
    Clean install of Merchello/FastTrack, im unable to create a new customer from the default view/frontend.
    - No error messages.
    - No log entries.
    - No DB entries in merchCustomer.
    Just seeing the page getting reloaded after "Register" has been entered.

    Version information:
    Umbraco 7.7.4
    Merchello 2.6.0
    FastTrack 2.6.0

    Using ModelsBuilder.API, problem exists with other modes as well. Local environment
