Hello I have installed uForum 0.7 and I went from the install which prompted me to create the database tables which then said he had done so. After that I presumed it was done, or was there further steps it needed to take to complete the install?
Only because when I visit the forum page no test data is displayed or any options/links to create a new post etc...
As far as I racall, you have to be logged in (as a member) to create topics/comments, and the member login stuff hasn't been included in the package. So set up your member stuff and see if that helps. I don't think there is any sample topics/comments included in the package, because the topics need a forum node reference ID, and that can differ from install to install.
OK i looked through the XSLTs and it relies on the member authentication stuff. But for the project we are going to use it in we will implement our own authentication which looks like it is possible.
Unsure if install for uForum is complete?
