I uninstalled the plugin and now create my own folder every month...

Can you please provide me the code how you were able to create the folders every month for each doctype when publishing. I am also having the same issue and i font want to use this pulgin.

I have this problem as well.
It happens when you're using an alternate date/time property and when you change the date after you've published the item.
