I would like to be able to have different configurations for the same doc type, but controlled by the rootFolders setting, like this:
<autoFolder docType="Article" rootFolders="//node[@template=1035]" /><autoFolder docType="Article" rootFolders="//node[@template=1036]" />
@template is just an example, could be some other xpath. Perhaps you would need to introduce a priority setting to make this work.
