    Generated Member password not working

    Bugs

    Hi,


    We importing members from a CSV file but the generated password that appears in the email does not work at the login screen. Have you any ideas how to resolve this?

    Hi David,

    Just verified this on my box and it works, Are you using 2.1 version of CMSImport? Older versions had issues.

    Hi Richard,

    I tried to edit my post but it didn't work. We are using Umbraco 4.7.0 and CMSImport 2.0.

    The email is sent successfully but the password in that email isn't recognized.

    Hi david,

    Yep that was a bug in 2.0, upgrade to 2.1 and you should be fine. Sorry for the bug.
