This might actually be a package installation bug in Umbraco 4.0.2.1 but what currently what seems to be happening is that when I try and import the umbImport package it installs the following:
- All files in the /bin folder - All files in the /umbraco/settings/UmbImportPages folder
But it does not install the following:
- Any files that should be in the: /usercontrols/UmbImportControls/ folder
It says it has successfully installed but the whole directory mentioned above is missing?
Once I manually installed the missing files I then received a permissions error relating to the following file:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\umbraco\config\lang\da.xml
I added full permissions to the IIS user and it now seems to be installed.. next step... a trial import :)
umbImport fails to install correctly.

Richard is enjoying his holiday and I guess he did not bring his laptop :) so it could take a while before he is able to reply to this...
Hi Chris,
Seems to be a permission problem. A reference to which permission you should set on filesystem can be found in this book:
