No Img-Thumbs if import references with uppercase extensions at filename
Hi,

there seems to be a small bug in image imports.Using a XML data source where references to images are written with an uppercase extension -f.e. see below "Bild"

```
```
    <ID>9</ID>
```
```
    <Name>Karl Mustermann</Name>
```
```
    <Nachname>Mustermann</Nachname>
```
```
    <Vorname>Karl</Vorname>
```
```
    <Bild>Daten/Trainer/Karl.JPG</Bild>
```
```
    <Telefon>0123 – 456789</Telefon>
```
```
    <eMail>[email protected]</eMail>
```
```
  </Trainer>
```
- then after the import the thumbnail for the image is not existing, was not generated.

Writing the reference with lower case extension -f.e. "Daten/Trainer/Karl.jpg" ...all works fine, the thumnail is there after import.
