v2 > v3 Upgrade Import Definitions not visible

    Hi Richard,

As you know I have recently been working on an upgrade from v6 to v7. Since the upgrade the Import definitions are no longer visible. The Scheduled imports are still showing and the logs indicate they are running (they are not successfully running) but when we try to navigate down to the Import definitions none show.

There are exceptions in the log like:

    CMSImport:Error during import
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
       at CMSImportLibrary.Import.ImportProviders.(ImportState , ImportOptions , ImportStatistics )

I've tried copying over the CMSImportState rows from the working v6 install but no joy.

Any ideas? Hopefully we can recover this as there were 13 saved definitions in total.

    Thanks, Simon

    Sorry Simon,

Those defintions are not updatable. Release notes mentioned it. Updates of data should work...

The V3 Major release notes? Sorry if I missed it or maybe misunderstood. So my only way out it is to recreate the import definitions then?

    Thanks

OK thanks Richard, at least I still have the v6 site for reference :)
