I am trying to import members from an old Umbraco 4.11 site to a 7.3 site.
I installed package version 3.2 and tried to import but I cannot.
I get the error:
"No fields Mapped"
"Login is required"
Password is required"
I have the member groups and the member type set up with identical properties. There are two additional properties in the new Umbraco that I cannot remove but they are not required or validated at all.
Not sure if it helps but when first getting to the mapping page the dropdowns are all correctly filled in with the fields in the file. When clicking on any button (add a default for example) all dropdowns are reset when it loads.
Am I missing anything obvious or is there any more details I can provide?
After sending a screenshot he suggested that I resave the file with encoding UTF-8.
This was exactly the problem. I didn't know the export was saving in ANSI.

Can you send a copy of the confirm screen (before import) to [email protected]?
Should work out of the box so looking forward to see the options.
Best,
Richard
