Error validating the Data source: ExecuteReader: CommandText property has not been initialized

    Hi,

I am trying to use CMSImport Pro with Umbraco 7.7.8, but it's not working. Both my sites are on the same server as well as the database. I already have the license file in the bin folder on the new installation.

After I input the connection string I get the following error

Error validating the Data source: ExecuteReader: CommandText property has not been initialized

Has anyone been able to get it working on 7.7.8? It is still marked as "untested" on the package's page.

    Thank you very much!

Hi I assume you are trying to import Members? make sure to use the CMSImport.ImportProviders.MemberserviceImportProvider package (which should have been a warning in the UI)

    Hi Richard,

Actually, I am trying to import content nodes, not members (yet).

Just did a test with content on 7.7.9 without issues, what is the datasource type you are using?

Hi, I upgraded to 7.7.9 and it worked fine.

I am going to do another test on another site in 7.7.8 and will let you know if it fails again.

I was using the SQL Server datasource. It seems to be working now, although nothing is changed.

    Thank you anyway!

Great to hear maybe it was a bug in 7.7.8?
