Recently I have been requested to setup read onlu users in umbraco. I have seen various topics on the information, but cannot see a solution. I cannot see a way of users being able to view nodes in the umbraco backend. If you just select browse node it won't let you see the node. If you give them update as well as browse node then you can see the node but the user will then have the ability to save data.

Can we have a read only user type?
