    Using import to remove Member Group from Member

    I have an Active member group/role and am trying to use the import to remove that.

    I've tried doing the import with no roles checked and have tried it with '' and NULL passed for the role name.

    Is there no way to do this or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Charles,

    I think the empty value gets ignored for role data. Maybe you can use Bulkmanager for that. I'm more than happy to give you a license to try. Send an email to richard@soetemansoftware.nl if you like to try.
