You need the extra Wordpress data provider as well. You find the provider here. http://soetemansoftware.nl/cmsimport/downloads The wordpress dataprovider only works with the PRO version of CMSImport.
i already installed the trial verison of CMSImport to my Umbraco 7, using Nuget.
but the V3 documentation of CMSImport doesn't show any sample on how to import Wordpress content to Umbraco. I even installed the Wordpress provider.
can you give me a Tutorial / Documentation or sample Video on the steps to achieve the imports of contents from WP to Umbraco before we purchase the license one.
I have the unlicensed version which limits me to 500 data. but our Wordpress existing site contents are definitely more than that.
Importing from Wordpress
I want to import my Posts, Comments and Users from Wordpress into a UAAS-Instance. Including the connections between them.
I already installed the packages. Sadly I dont understand how to use the Wordpress data provider. Is there an extra-menu for it?

Ah ok.
Is it possible to preserve the relations between the content-elements. For me it would be important to relate comments to members and the blog-entry.
is working on a reply...
